We may collect information about your interaction with AdTools sites and services. AdTools also collects and retains information you submit to us, including the email address of individuals that post messages to our community forums or communicate with us via email. If you choose to become a SmarterTools customer or partner, we may ask for other personally identifiable information, and/or information used to monitor performance and protect our intellectual property rights. This additional collected information is defined in the software End User License Agreement (EULA), Partner Agreement, Terms of Service Agreement, or other related documentation.

If individuals submit resumes or employment applications online, we may ask for specific contact information, such as name, address, phone number, email address, and employment history. This information is collected and used to assess the individual’s qualifications for an open position within the company.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Except as described in this statement, AdTools will not disclose personally identifying information about our customers to third parties without consent. We may share information regarding license verification, validation, and upgrade services to registered partners of AdTools. We may access or disclose information about you when it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other judicial order, to enforce our agreements of policies governing your use of AdTools products and services, and/or to protect our intellectual property rights.
